Personal Care Services MidSouth, LLC, one of Tennessee’s leading providers of non-medical homecare services, has an office in Tipton County; with our expansion comes the opportunity to take on a leadership role. We are seeking a CNA to begin by serving as a team leader while also providing in-home care for up to 20 hours per week.

We are seeking a team lead to serve this office.

Job Type:

• Weekends as needed

Leader Responsibilities & Activities

• Plan, coordinate and evaluate home care services
• Coordinate hiring activities with HR
• Conduct new employee orientations and training
• Oversee and evaluate staff activities
• Conduct ongoing caregiver training
• Prepare weekly contact reports
• Conduct marketing to grow the local client base
• Submit accurate billing information to MCOs

• Associates degree
